Rudra Abhishek is a ritual where Panchamrut Pooja is offers to lord Trimbakeshwara with powerful hymns/mantras to fulfil all the wishes of the person who gets it performed.

It is a very special type of pooja which is done by only Local Brahmins of the Trimbakeshwar at the temple .This bestows prosperity, fulfillment and give all aground happiness in life Abhisheka is perormed by Chanting the verses of Sanskrit sholakas (‘Suktas’) (Rudra )and simultaneously offering either holy leaves, holy water, honey, Milk, curd (yogurt), sugar, cane juice to Lord Trimbakeshwar.
Verses are Pronounced loudly by priests they are written in (‘San-Skrit’ language pronounced as sun-s-krita ) ancient Indian language. There is a belief that, this language is use for communication by God.Priest’s usually can chant in this language. The vibrations generated from this chanting heals the mind of listeners and will give him/her peace of mind.

रुद्र भगवान शिव का एक प्रसिद्ध नाम है। रुद्राभिषेक में शिवलिंग को पवित्र स्नान कराकर पूजा और अर्चना की जाती है। यह हिंदू धर्म में पूजा के सबसे शक्तिशाली रूपों में से एक है और माना जाता है कि इससे भक्तों को समृद्धि और शांति के साथ आशीर्वाद मिलता और कई जन्मों के पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं। शिव को अत्यंत उदार भगवान माना जाता है और यह आसानी से प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं।
रुद्राभिषेक शिवरात्रि माह में किया जाता है। हालांकि, श्रावण (जुलाई-अगस्त) का कोई भी दिन रूद्राभिषेक के लिए आदर्श रूप से अनुकूल हैं। इस पूजा का सार यजुर्वेद से श्री रुद्रम के पवित्र मंत्र का जाप और शिवलिंग को कई सामग्रियों से पवित्र स्नान देना है जिसमें पंचमृत या फल शहद आदि शामिल हैं। यहां हम आपके लिए विस्तृत रूद्राभिषेक पूजा प्रक्रिया दे रहे हैं।
रुद्राभिषेक की शुरुआत से पहले विस्तृत तैयारी की आवश्यकता होती है। भगवान शिव, माता पार्वती, अन्य देवी-देवताओं और नवग्रहों के लिए आसन या सीटें तैयार की जाती हैं। पूजा शुरू करने से पहले भगवान गणेश की पूजा करके आशीर्वाद मांगा जाता है। भक्त संकल्प लेते हैं या पूजा करने का उल्लेख बताते हैं। इस पूजा में विभिन्न देवताओं और सार्वभौमिक ऊर्जा के देवी-देवताओं जैसे धरती मां, गंगा माता, गणेश, भगवान सूर्य, देवी लक्ष्मी, भगवान अग्नि, भगवान ब्रह्मा और नौ ग्रह शामिल हैं। इन सभी देवताओं की पूजा करने और प्रसाद अर्पण करने के बाद शिवलिंग की पूजा की जाती है, अभिषेक के दौरान शिवलिंग से बहने वाले पानी को एकत्र करने की व्यवस्था के साथ इसे वेदी पर रखा जाता है।
